Established to advance pharmaceutical practice, PSK is dedicated to promoting excellence in healthcare through professional development, policy advocacy, and innovation.<\/p><p data-start=\"376\" data-end=\"904\">Among its key initiatives, the society organizes annual scientific conferences featuring diverse themes that reflect emerging trends and developments in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. These conferences provide a platform for pharmacists and healthcare professionals to share research, discuss innovative projects, and contribute to shaping policies that enhance healthcare delivery. For over four decades, these events have played a crucial role in advancing pharmaceutical practice and improving patient outcomes.<\/p><p data-start=\"906\" data-end=\"1347\">On behalf of the <strong data-start=\"923\" data-end=\"965\">Pharmaceutical Society of Kenya (PSK),<\/strong> we invite all individuals interested in presenting original research, innovative projects, or novel programs related to <strong data-start=\"1086\" data-end=\"1185\">&#8220;<span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Pharmacists Leading Transformation and Innovation Towards the Highest Attainable Standards of Health<\/span>&#8220;<\/strong> to submit abstracts for consideration. The forthcoming conference will take place from <strong data-start=\"1273\" data-end=\"1345\">June 24th to 26th, 2026, <\/strong>at the<strong data-start=\"1273\" data-end=\"1345\"> PrideInn Paradise Hotel, Mombasa, Kenya.<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"1349\" data-end=\"1605\">Abstract presentations will be conducted in either <strong data-start=\"1400\" data-end=\"1417\">Poster Format<\/strong> or <strong data-start=\"1421\" data-end=\"1436\">Oral Format<\/strong> (10-12 minute presentations).
